Heartworm and Intestinal
Parasite Control
Heartworms are most commonly found in dogs, although they can
infect a wide variety of mammals including cats. Heartworms are
transmitted from one animal to another by mosquitoes. Because
mosquitoes can get indoors, all dogs and cats are at risk for
heartworm disease. Clinical signs are coughing, vomiting,
lethargy, weight loss, collapse or convulsions, and even sudden
death.
